Ryan Flint, SIOR

Ryan Flint is a commercial real estate advisor, land developer, entrepreneur, executive leader, and mentor focused on helping people build meaningful businesses, developments, investments, and lives.

Known for combining strategic thinking with relationship-driven leadership, Ryan has built a career advising developers, investors, builders, corporations, and entrepreneurs on complex real estate opportunities, business growth strategies, and long-term wealth creation.

Beyond real estate, Ryan is passionate about leadership, mentorship, faith, family, and personal development. Through coaching, speaking, business consulting, and content creation, he helps entrepreneurs and rising leaders build disciplined lives, strong businesses, and lasting impact.

Korbin Derr

Partner & COO

Korbin Derr is a seasoned operations strategist and systems architect, serving as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Flint Commercial. With a background that bridges advanced technology and commercial real estate, Korbin specializes in building scalable systems, implementing automation at every level of the business, and driving operational excellence. His technical expertise has become a defining advantage in his career, enabling him to create integrated workflows, automate complex processes, and design operational infrastructures that make real estate deals quicker and easier. Above all, his focus always comes back to the individual. Personal relationships and genuine connections are what give him purpose and fulfillment in his work, and his motive behind all technical systems is to curate a wonderful, personable experience for everyone involved.

Korbin built Krypt Licensing for that very purpose. Krypt enables Flint Commercial to serve and support their real estate clients in ways no other brokerage can. Krypt finds, files, and manages all of their business licensing across every municipality, city, and state. Companies can grow and expand into new locations with confidence, knowing that they are protected and compliant. Flint Commercial's mission is to set up a company for the highest level of success — and that goes far beyond the deal execution. Korbin's expertise in workflow engineering and cross-platform integration is central to Krypt’s ability to serve both private companies and government entities. He currently serves as the COO.

Prior to joining Flint Commercial, Korbin built and managed a personal real estate investment portfolio and led operational systems for multiple entities, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations at HG Manor Real Estate Group. Before that, he spent four years as a regional manager at Enlite Home, where he coached and developed large sales teams.

Korbin holds a degree in Information Systems from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, with an emphasis on data science, analytics, and machine learning. He's a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Across all roles, Korbin is known for his ability to align people, processes, and technology — and for elevating every organization he works with through seeing people, not transactions.

As a former owner of Burt Brothers Tire & Service, a multi-location Utah company his family grew over three decades, Jake understands what business owners and investors actually need: functionality, scalability, and long-term value.

Specializing in industrial and land transactions, Jake works with clients across the state of Utah — with deep roots and local expertise in Southern Utah’s fast-growing commercial market. His approach is strategic and business-first, built on clear communication and a genuine stake in his clients’ long-term success.

Jake views every deal as a partnership. He’s not here to close a transaction — he’s here to help you build something.

A fluent Spanish speaker and longtime Utah community member, Jake brings relationships and trust that run deep — with business owners, developers, and investors across cultural and professional lines.

Outside of work, Jake lives the same values he brings to business — commitment, presence, and adventure. He’s a devoted husband and father of four, an active member of his faith community, and an outdoorsman who’s equally at home on a motorcycle, a golf course, or a mountain trail.
